Terms of Use for Mufaz Community Capacity-building Support Centres

Welcome to the Mufaz Community Capacity-building Support Centres (hereinafter referred to as “Mufaz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
